"Advice To the President", now available in both regular and a cleaned up, suitable-for-airplay version (only had to change one word, no biggie!)
C'mon, kids, let's help this guy back on his way to civilian life!

First even remotely topical song I've ever felt moved to write, and I hope it's the last; still, great fun to record, great horn arrangement by Berke McKelvey, who also played woodwinds and organ; John Clark on string bass; Kami Lyle on trumpet and daredevil soprano; Tommy Dadmun on last minute trombone; and The Valet aka Fred Boak, also on daredevil soprano (among other things.)

There's also a video, shot live in front of the White House around midnight on Nov. 21, 2017 (we think he was home, even!)

Advice to the president
To help him in his time of need

Try not to look like you look
Try not to say what you're saying
Everyone knows you're a crook
Even the atheists are praying
Either don't ever be who you are
Or don't ever do what you're doing
Hide in the bushes in the meantime
So no one can see what is brewing

Don't ever get out of bed
Be grateful that business is boomin'
And those crazy things that pop in your head
Don't ever say 'em to a human
Don't speak before or after one
Don't tweet if it's day or night time
I know you've got a lot to say
But in this case there really is no right time.
